By accessing or using the Arro Holdings website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Arro Holdings provides rent funding and credit-building services in affiliation with Arrow Finance and the Arrow Mastercard, issued by Community Federal Savings Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license by Mastercard International. All credit decisions are subject to approval. Arro Holdings is not a financial institution.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Provide false or misleading information in connection with your account or application.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Services without express written permission.

ARRO HOLDINGS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARRO HOLDINGS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arro Holdings and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
